Dr. Jahromi will welcome patients to his new Yucaipa practice in Spring 2025.

We’re partnering with other local doctors and healthcare leaders to build something different for our community: a medical group that’s focused on patients, not spreadsheets.

Initially, the Yucaipa practice will see patients at the Yucaipa Family Clinic, 11985 4th St., before moving to its new permanent location at 31607 Yucaipa Blvd. later this year.
